Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed immediately usually within a few minutes. Orders are generally shipped on all days of the week with a few exceptions. (like public holidays, labor holidays and other government holidays.)
All shipments are usually initiated on the same / next day or within a maximum period of 48 hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few more hours. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is likely significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*Vegetables,Fruits,Paneer and other perishable commodities pre-ordered by 4:30 PM of Monday of the week would be delivered by Wednessday. All pre-orders of perishable commodities after 4:30 PM ON Monday will be delivered on Wednesday of next cycle.
* Certain locations may not be serviceable or may incur additional charges.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and is purely unintentional and only under un-avoidable circumstances.
We deliver products in our partner vehicles under proper supervision and coordination ensuring the product is delivered in the best possible manner and on time.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation SMS / email once your order is shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within few minutes.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
JAIVIKAA.CO.IN is not responsible for any additional customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees / tariffs imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
JAIVIKAA.CO.IN is liable / responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping only till the point of delivery. You are requested to check the products at the time of delivery and accept them after proper / thorough inspection. Any products damaged shall be brought to the notice of the delivery executive and they shall be replaced by JAIVIKAA.CO.IN free of cost provided the products are legitimately deemed damaged on or before delivery.
Shipping locations
We currently do not ship beyond the City limits of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Other locations may be added late
RETURNS
Our policy lasts till the time of delivery. If delivery has been accepted and amount paid, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We are offering fresh products which are perishable in nature with time. Until and unless the products are damaged at the time of delivery itself – no returns or refund shall be offered.
To be eligible for return or refund the product should have been damaged and / or unfit for consumption, your item must be unused and returned / rejected in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the same original packaging. This may be returned to the delivery executive at the time of delivery itself.
If certain products are damaged or unfit for consumption the remaining products will delivered after payment of remaining invoice amount, deducting the price of the damaged products from the total invoice amount.
Several types of goods are not eligible for being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also cannot accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or no refunds may be possible: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing in parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain period of days. For cash on delivery items, the amount shall be automatically credited to your bank account. The time taken to credit the refund amount shall be between 7-10 days. There may be delays from the banks end. Kindly verify with the bank for refund if not credited within 10 days. You may contact support@JAIVIKAA.CO.IN for any refund related queries at any time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or payment mode solution provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be retuned for refund (subject to other conditions as above). Unfortunately sale items (items under discount) cannot be returned for refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or unfit for consumption and a replacement is available. In case the products is not available for replacement and refund / replacement claim is approved then the amount shall be credited as per the refund policy above.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, the amount will be credited as per refund policy above.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Provided it is a non-perishable product.
In case the products/product are perishable then unfortunately the refund or return will be not be possible beyond the point of delivery.
Shipping returns
The product if found defective /damaged or unfit for consumption, it may be handed over to the delivery executive for all perishable products.
For non-perishable products the returns/refunds shall be as per policy above.
False Refunds/Returns.
In case the products/product is not defective or damaged or fit for consumption, but still a refund claim is raised then in such cases the refund will not be provided.
Refund in case of product non-availability
For online payment orders, in case we are not able to deliver the products on time then a full refund for all the products or partial refund for the non-available products will be initiated from our end at the earliest.
For cash on delivery orders, in case we are not able to deliver the products on time then neither JAIVIKAA.CO.IN nor the customer is liable to pay either parties any amount. If partial items are available, then they may be delivered as per shipping policy and partial payment attributed to the same may be paid.
Order Cancellations by customer
For online payment, Order once placed cannot be cancelled, if cancelled by the customer then refund will not be initiated.
For cash on delivery orders cancellation is not possible once the order is confirmed and the customer is liable to pay JAIVIKAA.CO.IN in full.
PAYMENTS:
- All online payments will be through payment gateway and these may include net banking, credit-cards, debit cards and UPI (BHIM, GOOGLE PAY, PAYTM, and PHONE pay).
- Cash on delivery may be available for certain orders and certain locations.
